The time from start to finish depends on the size and final details and finishes of your home. Build times range from 10 to 12 months.

As a custom home builder, the price per square foot varies depending on your homes design, finishes and structural items. Once we have your home designed, we are able to provide you with a detailed proposal with guaranteed pricing. We are able to build within your means and stay within your budget. Cost to build a custom home can range from $285 to $450 per square foot.

Yes. Cambria provides a guided tour of the home during the construction process. For reasons of your safety and management of liability we are not able to allow buyers to walk through the homes unattended. You will have access via computer or phone to loginto our software to view documents, photos and daily updates.

Unlike many home builders, we encourage our homebuyers to get involved in the design. While much of your home must be built according to plan, we are flexible and will work with you to ensure your ideas and reasonable alternations are taken care of.
